WordPress Training FAQ's

How does it work?

We start with a free discovery session to make sure that I'm able to help with your unique training needs. You'll then purchase one or more one-hour training sessions that can be used over a 6-month period. After that, you'll schedule a training session whenever you're ready to learn more about WordPress.

How do I start?

Please schedule your free discovery session to make sure I can help.

How much does it cost?

Everybody learns at a different pace and everybody has unique training needs. You can purchase as many training sessions as you'd like or need. You can save a considerable amount when you purchase five training sessions at once. Our prices are listed on our Purchase Page.

Do the sessions expire?

Yes, but you have six months to use your purchased sessions before they expire.

Is there a guarantee?

Of course! I offer a 15 day money-back guarantee for any unused sessions. See the terms of service for more details.

Do I have to have a website?

Yes, you will need administrative access to an existing WordPress website. We will be working on your WordPress website during our training sessions.

Do you provide group training?

No. I prefer to work One-on-One with individuals to optimize learning.

What are the training sessions like?

Each training session is one hour long and 100% virtual. We will meet on Skype to discuss the WordPress topics you'd like to cover. Each session is recordable and downloadable for future review. You'll be encouraged to practice what was covered and come up with additional questions for the next session.

What will I need for the sessions?

You will need a computer connected to the Internet, a WordPress website, and Skype. Skype is a free download that allows us to communicate and share screens over the Internet. Skype instructions can be found here.

What does your training cover?

There is no simple way to answer this. WordPress websites differ in so many ways depending on the themes and plugins being used. You are strongly encouraged to schedule a free discovery session to ensure I will be able to help with your current setup and situation.

What does your training NOT cover?

Here's a short list of things that are not covered under WordPress Training.

  • Troubleshooting plugin or theme issues
  • One of a kind custom themes

Shane Daily WordPress Training

Hi, I’m Shane!

I’ve been working with WordPress since 2012 and began providing One-on-One WordPress Training in 2017. Since then, I’ve helped over 100 clients learn the ins and outs of their WordPress websites.

I truly believe that One-on-One training is the best method for learning WordPres. It allows the student to guide the learning by choosing the topics they need help with and taking as much time as they need to fully understand the material. I also believe that being able to ask questions is a vital training componenet that doesn’t exist while watching videos, reading articles, or taking online courses without an instructor.
